Really positive experience with Waterproofing 360. Our 120 year old stone foundation was leaking mainly through the walls (not entirely a "water table" issue with us) and they installed a French Drain around the entire interior perimeter of our basement. We went with them over Arid because of price competitiveness, family business, and their floor to ceiling dimple board application felt more comprehensive overall/better suited for wall leakage. Took them two days. Jacob and Sam were responsive and clear communicators via text and voice. Left the place clean. They even patched up a few unrelated areas where the basement concrete had eroded. We've had heavy rain since they left and the sump pump just silently takes care of it. It's the first time since buying my wife and I have thought, "should we finish our basement?!"

We used Waterproofing 360 to seal the inner perimeter of our basement a few weeks before we had our basement finished.
Sam came down and gave an initial estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. He also provided us with details and information that we didn’t even think to ask as well as giving us plenty of time to ask follow up questions in the days to follow.
When the day came to have the work done Jacob arrived before the workers to lay down thick paper so that their work shoes wildly make a mess out of our house as well as walking us through the schedule for the day. Over the next 2-3 days the waterproofing was competed and the final product was perfect, and after completion they cleaned up as if they weren’t even there.

We highly recommend them for all your waterproofing needs and we will be using them in the future to waterproof our shower when we remodel our bathroom.
